2006開始有機栽種，2013獲得生物動力農法認證。以原生酵母高比例在橡木桶內啟動發酵，攪桶次數非常低，不澄清不過濾，使用高比例的陳年基酒。

2021 年份評分：Burghound 91♥、Jasper Morris 90-93

由單一品種齉造，自然著重在如何呈現Grenache本身的特質與優點。在栽種格納西葡萄時，控制低產率是一個關鍵因素。才得以保持Grenache的集中度與濃郁度，不至於在葡萄本身快速生長的特性下，分散了酒體飽滿的滋味。​
